Terms of service

Last updated 9 September 2026.

Who you are contracting with

AnswerRange is operated by Telic Technologies Pvt Ltd (telictech.com). These terms are between you and that company.

What the service does

AnswerRange asks AI assistants a set of buying questions and reports how often each one cited a domain you nominate. Every figure is reported with the interval around it, and movement between measurements is only described as a change when the intervals separate.

What it does not do

It does not promise a citation, a ranking, or traffic. The platforms we measure change their behaviour without notice and answer the same question differently on different runs — that variance is the thing the product measures, and it is not something anyone can remove.

We measure through provider APIs and Google's own results. These are not identical to the consumer apps: personalisation, conversation history and app-only retrieval differ. Every report says so, and it bounds what the numbers mean.

Our side

Payment

The first measurement is free and needs no card. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the period already paid for.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for commercial decisions taken on the basis of a measurement, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. We can close an account that is being used to abuse the service, and will say why.
